Original Purchaser Limited Warranty

PATHWAY MATS INC., warrants to the original Purchaser of “Pathway Mats” manufactured Products (the “Products”), that the Products purchased are free from defects in materials and workmanship, subject to the conditions, exclusions and limitations as follows:

1. The rubber bonding/adhesion process used in the Products’ manufacture will not substantially crumb for a period of 36 months from the date of manufacture.
   
   
2. This limited warranty will not apply if the Product(s) purchased suffer(s) from abuse of the product in any way, incorrect handling, incorrect installation, lack of care, over-loading or is subjected to fire or corrosive materials that may cause the Product to deteriorate.
   
   
3. Pathway Mats Inc. will be the sole determinant of whether the warranty will be honoured for a particular Product to the original Purchaser.
   
   
4. No distributor, sales person, rental company or other representative of Pathway Mats Inc. has the authority to alter or change this warranty, or to make any other offer of warranty either orally or in writing.
   
   
5. To claim under this limited warranty, the original purchaser must provide proof of original purchase.
   
   
6. In the event any defective Product is determined by Pathway Mats Inc. during the warranty period, Pathway Mats Inc. will provide, at the original point of sale, replacement Product similar to that originally purchased, pro-rated to the original purchase price.
   
   
   For example, if 12 months of the product warranty remains, then 1/3 (12 months left of the 36-month warranty) of the original purchase price will be credited by Pathway Mats Inc., towards the purchase of new product from Pathway Mats Inc.
   
   However, supplying replacement Product shall not extend the time period of the original warranty. Replacement Product shall be warranted only to the extent of the unexpired portion of the original warranty period, on the originally purchased Product.
   
   
7. This limited warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of marketability and fitness for a particular purpose.
   
   
8. Warranty will not be provided to a purchaser, whose account with Pathway Mats Inc., is overdue until such time as the account is in current status.
